up-to-date tutorial for 7.0

Hello picnic,

I was looking for some tutorials to start with. But all of the
material on the site and elsewhere is for ~ 5.00. Some things and
gui-forms have changed.

It would be helpfull to have an up-to-date guide for version 7.0.

We plan to publish an updated tutorial for version 7 soon.
