Visual Paradigm plugin for Idea 5.1 and idea5162.dmg

I installed the Visual Paradigm plugin using the plugin manager. It now says that it is installed, but it doesn't show up on the IDE (eg., from the side like the Commander and Ant Build buttons).

Anybody know how I can get this plugin to work?

check the tools menu - it should have Start SDE in there which would
launch the plugin.
