[tmate] Feature request

Hello Barry,

I would not like to add "expand all/collapse all" buttons to the tool window toolbars - this buttons occupies valuable space and rarely used.

Instead, and this is probably what you would like to have, I've added support for "Ctrl-+" and "Ctrl-=" keyboard shortcuts. These shortcuts expands/collpases all the nodes in tree below currently selected one. This feature will be available in TMate build 0.0.39.
