Version control > Issue Navigation: how to change the color of links?
I have configured a pattern to matching my Jira issues, and now all mentions of jira issues (like ABC-123) are converted to the links. It's very convinient, but these links are vivid blue (#0000FF) and look inconsistent with the other color scheme.
Also if I have a large file with many mentions of issues, my scrollbar is messed with the blue stripes:
Is there any way to change the color of these links and disable marks on the scrollbar?

Not reproducible with the default IDEA installation. It looks like you have some custom or broken color scheme.

Try adjusting the colors here:
Also, links in the code are not highlighted by default until your Ctrl+Mouse hover on them: http://i.imgur.com/sovU2E5.gifv
Maybe you are using Tasks Navigation plug-in (http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7241)? As issue links in JavaDoc are only supported since IDEA 15: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+15+EAP (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-62743).
I think that Atlassian Connector plugin is somehow related to this.
If you can't fund the relevant setting, please contact Atlassian support for help.
