RMI Stubs generation fails with External Build

Hi,

I opened an issue http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-105644 but also write here because no one seems to be assigned to "Project Compilation" module bugs.

To sum up - compilation with "External build" keeps on running forever when I enable RMI Stubs generation and actually have a module that requires this step.
