GUI for plugin configuration (AltN8)

Hi, on the AltN8 plugin page I can see the configuration GUI. Please how can I run/configure the plugin? I assume there is some generic way for all plugins implementing a GUI config. I could not find any button on  Idea 14.0 plugin settings screen.
