Missing patch button on update dialog.
Cannot update as the update button is missing from the update dialog on the Mac.

As described multiple times already, the patch button is available when you're upgrading between directly subsequent builds. If you've skipped a few builds, you need to perform a complete installation.
Yep ... I should have checked before posting.
Although, is there a particular reason this is the case rather than basing it on what has actually changed?
