Every time I start IntelliJ Idea I get errors reading editor.codeinsight.xml
It says content truncated - File content will be recreated - sometimes this is followed by 5 minutes of building the cache. I tried deleting C:/users/me/.intellij14/system/caches b ut it did not help.
It is true that the system sometimes shuts down abruptly (heat issues) but |I see this whether or not IntelliJ has been shut down properly
It never seems to build a file it likes\

If IDEA was shut down correctly, no reindex or config files generation should happen. Check idea.log for error: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/entries/23352446 .
