Subversion "Merge from..." action

Hi

I've just read this blog post about the Subversion "Merge from..." action in 9.0.3 which I'm hoping will fix the long-standing problems with svn merging.

I've downloaded the latest EAP build I can find (95.214) but can't see "Merge from..." anywhere and can't work out a way to get the "Subversion Working Copies Information" tab into my changes view.  Is it in 95.214?  Is there something about my project that means I can't use the new feature?  Or am I missing something?
