Can IJ 9 Community and IJ Untimate share same configuration files ?

If a user has both the community and Ultimate versions installed and is trying to decide on which one to use,
and they are not trying to run both versions concurrently:
1) Can they share the same project and module configuration files ?
2) Can they share the same .IntelliJIdea90 folder ?

In general, they can. In specific cases, you can see something like "unknown facet detected" messages when loading an UE project with CE.
