How do I hide coverage info?

It has moved to the Analyze menu.

Or maybe does the shortcut CtrlAltF6 help?

At least you should be able to right-click on the left gutter to switch it off (similar to the cvs/svn annotations).

Exactly. As for switching the coverage from the gutter, I don't think it is a good idea since coverage is applied throughout the project, not for a single file.
