Inspection slowdown since 11.02?

For the past day it seems like IntelliJ IDEA 11.02 seems to analyse my java classes very slowly. Eventually it will turn green or yellow but initially remains red for a noticebly lonber period of time
than it used to. Meanwhile other things like Importing classes and other intentions don't appear (like import)  unless explicitly generated with the keyboard.  I am running Java 6 on Lion 10.7.3 with 8G of ram and an SSD drive. 2G are allocated to IDEA.
