Is there a "Code Spectator" sort of plugin/tool for IntelliJ?

Hello chandra,

IndustrialLogic developed some plugins for monitoring the usage of refactoring
features in IntelliJ, but I don't know if their work is publically available.

Code Spectator (http://codingspectator.cs.illinois.edu/) is plugin
that monitors usage of refactoring operations etc by Eclipse users. Is
there a similar tool/plugin for IntelliJ?
