Plugin - usage of logo attribute on vendor element

This is new attribute and it seems DTD on plugins site is outdated (we'll
update that soon). plugin.dtd that comes with the build is correct.

In the Intellij distributed plugins there is a "logo=" attribute for
<vendor> yet the DTD does not define this as a valid attribute. Is
this attibute valid and where does it appear?
