tld file not found
I use 3296 , 33XX,34XX always errors .
In 3405 ,tld file not found

Your tld file should be part of deployment (present in J2EE deployment
view) If this is the case then file JIRA issue with more details. Sample
one jsp/one tld project will much help for fixing the issue.
