How to change the encoding for whole project?

Now seems there's no such item for that, can only change encoding for single file.

Hey, it does not work. I select the directory , choose File| Change Encoding From GBK to ..., then nothing happened.

It's very simple. Just go (file > settings > file encodings) then, select the plus icon "+". After that, select your project (root), set global and project enconding with the option that you want and finnaly "Apply".

Vá em (file > settings > file encodings) depois selecione a opção de adicionar "+". Depois disso, selecione o seu projeto (raiz), selecione os encondings global e do projeto (a opção que deseja que seja a padrão) e depois aplique as alterações.

It looks like the actual question was how to convert the encoding in multiple files at once. There is no such feature at the moment.
