Sync my settings with IdeaServer

Hello Baptiste,

Please install the IDEA Server plugin from the plugin manager.

I want to sync my settings between several computers using idea
server, but i cannot configure it from Idea.

How can I open the dialog to configure this synchronization ?

The documentation is talking about a red or green button in the state
bar, but i doesn't have one. I only have the memory bar in my state
bar.
