dynamic class loading does not work in 9.0.2

Hi, I just downloaded 9.0.2 and dynamic class loading with debugging stopped to work. There is no prompt for reloading class after I compile a modified class while debugging. This used to work with previous versions. Is there a plugin or configuration I am missing?

Please make sure that Setting | Debugger | HotSwap is set to either Always
or Ask.
