Log file not outputting on Mac?

Hello tommy,

The logs are actually in ~/Library/Logs/IntelliJIdea90CE

I have a mac and it says the log file should be in
~/Library/Caches/IntelliJIdea90CE/log

but i just see an empty log folder. how can i turn on logging?

I'm running into this error and need to see the output
