How to setup up Intellij to use flexsdk4

HI All

Ok i'm still having problems as i am new to using Intellij ... Having been a flex developer and windows user for a long time, setting up flex on Ubuntu is not so easy.  Then i read somewhere that Intellij & Flexsdk was a good mix, but i have NO idea how to get started and how to set up my ide environment in Ubuntu .....

Can someone help me resolve this please ???
