Can't callapse java methods

Hello, i downloaded new IDEA EAP #94.539 and in this version I don't see the markers for collapsing java methods ctrl + shif + "-" doesn't collapse the code also. How can I turn on collapsing java code in editor?

Some times the collapsing is avaliable sometimes isn't.
