Fetch external resource problem
Probably it's a bug.
When i try to fetch external resource, for example 'http://www.ibatis.com/dtd/sql-map-config.dtd', IDEA shows progress bar. When bar goes to 99% IDEA stops working (??????), no reaction on keybord or mouse - one way to kill IDEA process.
Win 2000, IDEA 1035 build.
