jdk 1.6.0_12 has a huge performance improvement!

With Idea 8 running on a fairly decent but not high end computer I had very sluggish performance switching between Project and Structure view using JDK 1.6.0 up to and including update 11. But with update 12 this sluggishness has totally disappeared, a remarkable improvement. The release notes do make reference to faster drawing of anti-aliased fonts, but I was seeing the sluggishness even without anti-aliased fonts.

If screen drawing performance is an issue, JDK update 12 is definitely worth a look.
