PHPStorm 9.0.2 Mac locks up when trying to "Move" a file

Is anyone else experiencing this.  Any time I try to move a file, a dialog comes up to confirm it, but I am unable to click on it to either accept it, or even cancel it, or (x) close it.

I end up having to force quite PHPStorm.
