Default setting for Folders Always On Top?

I always prefer that directories are listed alphabetically with other files (not on top) in my Project pane to be listed, but I can't find a default setting to make this a sticky preference.

As a result, I have to deselect "Folders Always On Top" from the Project pane tools menu every time I open a project.

Is there some way to change this setting by default so that it is always deselected?
