prompted for param when run

There is this feature in the External Tool interface that allows to provide a parameter every time you make a call to an external tool.

It would be great if that could also be done for command line parameters when running a project. I often test these testing classes that take a bunch of prameters for a test and I don't want to have a run configuration for every possible parameter configuration. And opening the whole config panel is long when all I want to enter is one parameter.
