Setting to control width of scroll bar in editor.

Please consider adding a setting to control the size of the scroll bars (width of the vertical, height of the horizontal) on the editor.
In a multi-monitor environment, when WebStorm is maximized (on my primary monitor) it's quite easy to miss the vertical scroll bar as it's so narrow; I often inadverently click on monitor #2 instead of on the scroll bar.
