procedure to get a bug report re-opened?

I reported a bug (6154 "Strip Trailing Spaces on Save" strips all lines
when set to "Modified lines") a while back that is now set to "not
repeatable". I now know the sequence to get it to repeat every time. How
do I get the bug tracker report reopened? I can add a reply to the bug
report, but I'm not sure how closely Jetbrains monitors the bug replies one
the bug set to this state.
