I would like to configure two upload ways as standard. Is it possible ?

I have the same project loaded in two ways.
Always need to save the same file twice . This can be done automatically?
I can not score two mappings as standard ..

Is this about deploying to different servers/deployment entries ... or the same server but different folder?

If 1st: not possible -- automatic deployment can use only one (marked as default) deployment entry:

What is the second location? Some remote or local?

Why not utilize symbolic links there?

2nd possible option (worth trying out -- may work with remote as well): try utilizing File Watcher functionality:

create a custom batch/shell script that will copy/deploy provided file (passed as parameter) to whatever destination you need
create custom file watcher that will watch for ALL files (via custom scope and "Any" as File Type)
obviously, "Immediate file sync" file watcher option should be disabled
