I'm attempting to download web storm in chrome, and getting this error after the download completes for both WS8 and WS9: "Download is malicious, and Chrome has blocked it."
IE11 downloads without giving any errors

works fine for me - Chrome doesn't show any warnings. Please reboot your system and try one more time.
Anyway, that is a false alert, the .exe files are signed with JetBrains certificate that you can verify in the properties.
