XML editor in IDEA 4.0

Hi,
I have been using IDEA since v3.0 and was impressed with XML editor within the editor in v3.0. Unfortunately the same sort of feature is not available in 4.0. I am not sure whether this is a bug or some thing that is over looked.? Any plans of fixing it next release?

I'm not quite sure I caught what functionality is missing exactly? Could you please be a bit more precise please.
