Try redifine Key Map in Options->Keymaps (MainMenu->Goto->Next Bookmark).
BTW, in my Aurora 929, i haven't CtrlShiftF11 for this action...

To toggle - Edit->Toggle Bookmark
To navigate - Go To->Next Bookmark, Go To->Previos Bookmark

I can navigate only for files with bookmarks toggled.
