Plugin installation with new EAP releases

Try putting the dependent jars down in the /lib dir. I had the same
issue with SQLViewer, and this cleared it up.

Like this:
/
plugins/
sqlviewer-1.0.4.jar
lib/
oracle817classes.jar
rowset.jar

Yes, this is what I do as well since then. Problem is, the Intellij
people cannot reproduce the problem. If I understood you rightly, you
can. So maybe there is still a problem with their plugin architecture.
