640: new ejb group - can't create new bean
If I go to Project Properties - EJB and add a new EJB (empty) Group,
when right click on the bean in the EJB View, the New menu is disabled
-- I can't add a new bean to the group.

As a workaround, select the group and use the buttons under the title bar.
