Syncing FTP Server List through Dropbox (PHPStorm EAP)

I recently started using Dropbox to Sync my configuration folder {User}\WebIde60 between two computers.

I'm noticing however that the FTP Server List is not synced between installations. If I open a project that uses an ftp project I receive a warning that the default server does not exist. Checking the configuration, there are no FTP Servers listed.

Anyone have a solution for this?
