All cpu cores at 100% while indexing the project

Hello,
I have just created a project from existing files and phpstorm almost made my machine unusable because it used 100% of cpu on all eight cores.

I have attached a full thread dump, can you tell me if there is something wrong with my setup?

I'm using phpstorm 5.0.4 on linux fedora 17 x86_64 on a core i7 with 8gb of memory
