LiveEdit plugin for phpstorm 4.0.3

Hello I just read the article on the plugin LiveEdit.
Is it available for phpstorm 4.0.3?
How to install the plugin?

As with any other plugin you can check yourself if it is available for your version: Settings | Plugins | Browse Repositories

I thank you with installing the extension for chrome but not choose "Reload in Browser"
he offers only "reload in firefox"

Plugin is available for 4.0.3. View -> Reload in Browser. Do you see this menu item?

Please ensure that:
1) Google Chrome is running
2) JetBrains Extension for Google Chrome is installed and enabled (open chrome://chrome/extensions/ to see installed extension).

Can you reload a smarty template with 3 LiveEdit?
But even PHP files can not be recharged!

1) Please attach idea log (Reveal Log in Finder)
2) What do you see in extension console — chrome://chrome/extensions/ , check Developer Mode, Inspect views for JB extension and open Console tab.

FYI: menu item "Reload in Browser" is available if some of the browser is connected (Chrome, Firefox or any other version of Chrome-based browser). So, if menu item is disabled, Chrome is not connected to IDE.
