Cursor behind end of line

Hello,

is the last EAP Build I can move the cursor behind the end of line.
Can I disable this somewhere?

Sure.

Open Settings and type in "caret end of line" into search box.

Thanks :)

I searched for "end of line" and there this option was not shown :(
