Open File Fast

It's hard enough switching to a new editor, and I'm giving it my best so please cut me some slack. I've found 90% of the features I need by searching, looking through the menus or using help. The one feature I cannot find, either because there is another name for it or it is missing, is the ability to open file fast. Like on komodo I can ctrl-shift-o and start typing a file name - it will start narrowing them down and all I need to do is hit enter on the highlighted on. I have thousands of files so this is a major timesaver. Netbeans (via OFF plugin), Zend studio also have this feature. I'm dying without it.
