Cannot open file with apostrophe in the filename

Hi,

Windows files can have apostrophes in their filenames. These files open fine when opened in other programs, but fails when opened by DataGrip. The filename is wrapped in quotes, but it still doesn't seem to work.

All I do is open Data Grip, then double click on a file with an apostrophe in the name on my desktop or in a folder.

I have uploaded a screencast of it happening to your server, the filename is "206502269-Cannot-open-file-with-apostrophe-in-the-filename.mp4".

Here are my file association settings, which is the same as every other application I've used to open these files with...
