Call hierarchy - Javascript

I am trying to find out who is calling this method "getChildren" but it seems that "Find usages" and "hierarchy" functions are not working.
Is this a bug ?

From your screenshot I can see that you have opened Type Hierarchy, not Call Hierarchy. Note that currently Call Hierarchy is not available for JavaScript member functions - see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-3605.
As for the Find Usages problem, it seems that you have your code duplicated in several folders, that's why Idea shows several function definitions. If you choose one of them, can you see usages?
