Can't start Git

After trying 3.3RC, it complains about inability to start git.

Location seems to be ok, but it recommends to start git with Admin priveleges from root/sudo (see attached picture).
Sorry, I don't undertstand what does it mean for configuration of AppCode. Can you help?

Please run XCode standalone to say OK to license agreement. It should help.
