Move/Delete sub-word

Is there some way to do this? I'm used to using ctrl-arrow (or something similar) to move around sub-words. Using delete instead of arrow usually deletes a sub-word. I use this functionality like crazy.

There is a feature to move lines up/down (Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down), but it's not possible to move selection/words with keyboard.

I'm not sure you followed. I'm not looking to move the words/selection, I'm looking to move the caret over sub-words.

By the way, ideally I would like to have moving word vs moving sub-word be two different key commands. So I can (for instance) use option-arrow to the caret over words, or ctrl-arrow to move subwords. But I can get by with this.
