PyCharm will not remember SVN password

After updating to newest release, 2.6.1 Build #PY-121.188, when accessing any of the subversion commands (under certain conditions), I'm prompted for my username and password. This only happens the first time I attempt to use the commands, and as long as I leave PyCharm running I'm not prompted again. Once I quit and restart the PyCharm process it again requires the SVN authentication. This was working in my prior version.

Actually the latest release of PyCharm is 2.6.2 build 121.224. Does the problem still happen with that build?

I'm running OSX Version 10.6.8. Previously, in the last couple of weeks, I
was prompted to update and declined as I was running some simulations. Now
I cannot get it to prompt me again to update.

Also I can add that we are awaiting svnkit to apply our patch with debug information so that we would be able to detect what's happening between PyCharm and KeyChain

Is there an update on this? Can I perform a work around to get password or credential storage working again?

A known problem in the current versions of PyCharm is that credentials storing sometimes breaks if you use the patch-based upgrade to update PyCharm to a new version. Downloading and installing a full distribution archive is a good workaround in this case.
