windows cmd/won console

Hi

I've just started using CLion under Windows. Unfortunately i have a problem with it. First time i run a program it appears in the console down below, but after that it opens a windows cmd window which disapperars instanly (just pops up for a sec). If you have any idea about it please share them with me.
