Is there any UI component for hyperlink-like label?

Hi,

I want to make a label with an action.. This look like a hyper-link.

I found this in Configuring page in File > Settings (in Windows) and when i clicked parent node in left-side tree, 

the child pages are shown as hyperlink..

I want to make a component like this, and then i want to do something. (so, add action...)

Is there any component like this?
