Diana - refactoring issue in Groovy class
IntelliJ build # 9821 running on Ubuntu 9.04. The introduce constant refactoring doesn't appear to be working on GStrings. The introduce variable refactoring does work, though. Is this intentional?

Not exactly intentional. This refactoring is just not implemented yet.
Thanks for the heads up, Peter. I'm looking forward to the implemention whenever it gets done. By the way, please accept my compliments on JetGroovy. It is very enjoyable to use in IntelliJ. Is JetBrains planning to get this refactoring implementation in one of the 8.x releases?
Thank you, but I'm afraid that no, we'll only do critical fixes in 8.x.
BTW could you file a JIRA issue for this refactoring to track the progress?
