If anybody else shares my grief here's what I do to get around this:
I float the runner window in my second monitor and enlarge it past the right end of the screen. Now I don't see the stats panel and I can see the full stack traces without having to resize on every run.
I've tried -nostats and --nostatistics in "Test options" with no effect. So I other options, eg --failedonly, and that had no effect either. Are these options being passed thru?
