Docker weblogic 12c remote configuration

I had a Docker container with weblogic configured up and running.
But I cant find a place to add a application server remote.
I need install a weblogic on my machine ?
cant use the Docker container ?

You need a local weblogic installation too, even if you are using only remote one.
