How do I use the new Docker plugin within RubyMine?

I discovered there is a plugin for Docker for IntelliJ and in the plugin release info it seemed to suggest it supported RubyMine too.

There is a nice tutorial showing how to use it within IntelliJ (the Java IDE?) but I can't find anything similar for RubyMine.

I'm just starting to look at Docker and would really appreciate some advice on if/how this plugin can be used with RubyMine.

If it can, a nice tutorial using a really simple Ruby application would be a big help.
